Gerald Sinclair Hayward (1845-1926) was a Canadian painter. He was educated in England and took up art in 1870. He studied at the Royal Academy Schools in London and exhibited for several years with the Royal Academy and other important societies. He returned to New York City but spent his summers in Rice Lake.
