London: Adolphus Bourne, c.1832. Notes: An important and rare Canadiana. In 1832, Adolphus Bourne published Sproule's four sketches of Quebec as prints. He decided to send them to London to be lithographed, and there they were drawn on stone by W. Walton and printed by the famous lithographer, C. Hullmandel, a pupil of the discoverer of lithography Alois Senefelder. They were nominally published by "A.
