This map of Suffolk is taken from “Theatre of the Empire of Great Britain” and shows the town plan of Ipswich in an inset at the top of the map. The Inset has the images of the Roman general Petillius Cerealis on the left and Boadicea on the right. The arms of the noble families of the county are also depicted on either side of this artistic map.
