Raffaello Savonarola (1680–1748) used the pseudonym Alphonsus Lasor a Varea. Monk of Theatine order who worked in the monastery library in Padua. He was also Professor of Holy Scripture. In 1713, he published a monumental work in 2 volumes titled Universus terrarum orbis scriptorum calamo delineatus in Padua.
