The first work (leaves 1-79), called “Nur al-Absar” by Moussa ibn Ali Reza, is on vision and the inner workings of the eye. It includes prescriptions to heal eyes from various ailments and is also called as “Fava’id al-Absar”. The second work (leaves 80-117), by Muhammad Hossein Ahmad Shariff, is on diarrhea and goes into causes, its effect on the body and potential prescriptions for curing its symptoms. The third work (leaves 118-125) consists of poems on the theme of medicine.
