ORDERING INFORMATION

   All prices are given and payable in U.S. Dollars [USD] and Canadian Dollars [CAD] and are subject to change without notice. The sale price is based on the [USD] price, as the [CAD] price may change on a daily basis due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Canadian Residents subject to 5% GST. Ontario Residents subject to 8% PST on all items, except books.

    Payment may be made by money order, cheque, Mastercard, and Visa. In case of payment with a credit card, we require full credit card details (name, number and expiry date) and the full billing address of the card. Unless otherwise instructed, all overseas orders will be dispatched by express post at the customer's expense. Shipping insurance may be arranged at the buyers expense and behest.

    If any item should be unsatisfactory to the purchaser, we offer a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition, and we are notified within 7 days of receipt.
